Kelly is a former law enforcement investigator with 30 years of experience specializing in covert investigations. His investigative experience includes local, state and federal prosecution in Florida and North Carolina with extensive experience in multi-agency tasks forces. He is a former US State Dept contracted law enforcement subject matter expert and high threat security specialist. He has operated in adverse conditions and locations such as Iraq, Afghanistan, Jordan and eastern Europe.
